Security Council to rule on the legality of "Operation Iraqi Freedom." Arab League Foreign Ministers have asked the Security Council to convene an urgent meeting to seek a halt to the US-led invasion of Iraq. But if it fails to act, the Arab League will ask for a meeting of the General Assembly, which is dominated by enemies of America such as the "Group of 77," the Organization of the Islamic Conference, and the so-called Non-Aligned Movement.
