Sen.Inhofe Has Introduced a “No Global Taxes” Bill

Vital new legislation proposed by Senator James Inhofe (S.3633), “The Protection Against United Nations Taxation Act”, would:

As you know, before any legislation can be voted on by the full Senate, it must typically be passed by a Senate Committee.

But Richard Lugar, the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, won't allow this legislation to come up for a vote!

Why in the world won't Senator Lugar allow a vote in his committee on legislation to protect the American people from U.N. Global Taxes?

Because Senator Richard Lugar is on the take from the pro-U.N. lobby!

My research has uncovered the fact that Richard Lugar has accepted donations from a pro-U.N. lobby called "Citizens for Global Solutions". That’s the new name of the World Federalist Association, a group in favor of world government financed by global taxes.

I believe this money from the pro-U.N. lobby is one reason why he won't allow this legislation protecting America from U.N. Global Taxes to come up for a vote!

I've come up with a solution to get around this Lugar roadblock in the Senate.

First, let me tell you about our organization, America’s Survival, Inc. (ASI)

Founded in 1998, ASI was the first national organization to warn of global taxes and the proposed International Criminal Court, holding news conferences on these matters at the National Press Club and on Capitol Hill with such groups as Americans for Tax Reform and then-Senator John Ashcroft and former Attorney General Edwin Meese.

My 1997 book, Global Taxes for World Government, has forecast many of the dangers we now see unfolding before our eyes. Before that, I published Global Bondage: The U.N. Plan to Rule the World, a shocking analysis of the U.N. agenda based on official U.N. documents.

Paul Weyrich of the Free Congress Foundation, has commented, "Researcher Cliff Kincaid has devoted his life in recent years to studying what is happening at the United Nations...we need to support Cliff Kincaid at America’s Survival Inc. We need him as our watchdog, informing us about the latest UN outrages. If he were not on top of these developments we might never know about them in time to act... [America’s Survival] is an organization dedicated to protecting American sovereignty from encroachment by the United Nations. [Cliff] is an indefatigable researcher...”

But let me return to Senate Majority Whip McConnell.

He sits on the Senate Appropriations Committee.

Senator McConnell can attach the vital Inhofe legislation to BLOCK U.N. Global Taxes on the American people though the Senate appropriations process. He can attach the Inhofe bill to the Foreign Operations appropriations bill. Then it can be adopted by the full Senate and the Congress.

Remember that the Inhofe bill requires the withholding of United States contributions to the United Nations until the President certifies that the United Nations is not engaged in global taxation schemes. The bill would stop U.N. global taxation schemes dead in their tracks.

But in order for Senator McConnell to succeed, he is going to need to show his fellow Senators that the American

I know for a fact that Senator McConnell is a strong opponent of ANY U.N. Global Tax scheme because Senator McConnell has signed letters opposing global taxes. One letter asked President Bush to make a clear statement opposing U.N. Global Taxes at last July's "Group of Eight" Summit!

So I have a great deal of confidence that your call will be very well received by Senator McConnell and his staff. Be polite and ask that he attach the Inhofe language against global taxes to the Foreign Operations bill.

And I am very confident that Senator McConnell can use your expression of support to help convince his fellow Senators to pass this legislation cutting U.S. funds to the U.N. if it tries to impose Global Taxes on American taxpayers -- because we've succeeded in these type of battles in the past!

But all of this depends on whether or not you decide to act today!

Please call his office NOW at 202-224-2541. Ask that he attach the Inhofe “No Global Taxes” legislation (S.3633) to the Foreign Operations appropriations bill.

Remember that anti-American French President Jacques Chirac and anti-American U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan have continued with their plans to impose U.N. Global Taxes on Americans.

It doesn't matter to these people that Americans already spend billions supporting the United Nations and that we are adamantly opposed to U.N. Global Taxes.

These U.N. bureaucrats don't really care.

They want to impose Global Taxes on Americans to increase their wealth and power!!!

Chirac claims global taxation is a necessity, that “it is time to take action," and arrogantly told the United States "you can't oppose that forever".

U.N. Chief Kofi Annan calls Americans greedy and "shameful" for not providing more money to the U.N.

I'm sick and tired of the United Nations demanding our tax dollars.

And I don't want to see our country browbeaten and blackmailed into accepting Global Taxes ...

... particularly not coming from the U.N. and French -- who just got through presiding over the theft of $21 billion from the Iraqi oil-for-food program.

However, the crooks in France and at the U.N. are determined to replace the scandal-ridden Iraqi oil-for-food gravy train with a new gravy train (Global Taxes) -- paid for by U.S. taxpayers.

And these pro-U.N. forces think the U.S. Senate won't stop them, because their lobbyist allies have influenced Senator Richard Lugar with a campaign contribution!

Well, I've got news for the United Nations.

Supporters of American sovereignty have some very powerful allies in the Senate, such as Senate Majority Whip Mitch McConnell.

And we're going to do everything in our power to see that Senator McConnell passes this vital legislation to block U.N. Global Taxes in the Senate!

But I still need your help in this fight if we are going to win.

Please note that an international tax on airline travel is NOW being implemented by France and other nations, and the U.N. is seriously considering a global tax on gasoline amounting to 35 cents a gallon.

In addition, as one of our most recent reports indicate, the AIDS problem is currently being exploited as the most effective way to generate hundreds of billions of dollars for the U.N. and other international agencies. A push to approve a new international agency, UNITAID, to receive global tax revenue, could occur at this month’s U.N. General Assembly meeting.
