Casey's CGS link

Wednesday, August 9, 2006

By accepting $5,000 from a radical globalist organization (and poised to get $5,000 more), Bob Casey Jr. inadvertently raises deeply disturbing concerns about the United Nations maxim "think globally, act locally." And his supposed support of Israel.

Cliff Kincaid, president of America's Survival Inc., isn't the only one wondering what Mr. Casey promised Citizens for Global Solutions (CGS), formerly known as the World Federalist Association. Mr. Casey is the Democrats' Pennsylvania U.S. Senate nominee challenging Republican Sen. Rick Santorum.

More than 45 congressional candidates completed the CGS questionnaire, thereby essentially saying they would sell out America for 30 pieces of blood money. Their responses can be read online.

No one, however, can read Casey's; he responded in a private meeting with his globalist benefactors.

And they refuse to say what Casey promised about ceding American sovereignty to an international court, giving even more taxpayer money to the U.N., creating a U.N. police force and stopping America from building new nuclear weapons

If Drew Asson, coordinator of the CGS PAC, hands Casey another donation, will Mr. Asson be asked why his blog accuses Israeli forces of "continued atrocities," "disproportionate response" and "its targeting of innocent Lebanese"?

But even if Casey dares ask, who will know?
