China Green Construction Market Opportunities

Join the U.S. Commercial Service in China, the Global Design & Construction Team, and the Global Environmental Technologies Team of the U.S. Department of Commerce for a webinar highlighting the opportunities in China’s green and sustainable building market. While sustainable buildings make up a small percentage of China’s construction market, China is adopting more green building practices, which presents opportunities for U.S. architecture, construction, and engineering services firms. National regulations now require that 70% of China’s new urban buildings include certified green buildings by 2022. In 2019, China had the most LEED-certified buildings outside of the U.S. Area experts from the U.S. Department of Commerce and the private sector will provide resources and market intelligence to support U.S. businesses seeking to pursue these opportunities.
