Look at the coordination: The New York Times reports: " Last Major Nuclear Arms Pact Could Expire With No Replacement, Russia Says." And now former Soviet President Gorbachev warns: 'Nuclear Weapons Must Be Destroyed' Such a proposal is completely unverifiable. 

We are witnessing the unfolding of a major Soviet/Russian propaganda campaign, using the New York Times.

The Times source is Vladimir Leontyev, the deputy director of the arms control department of Russia’s Foreign Ministry.
