Keith Ellison’s “Fundamental Transformation” of Minnesota By Cliff Kincaid Did you ever wonder how Minnesota turned into a hotbed of Muslim extremism, financial fraud, and money transfers to the Al Shabaab Somali terrorist group? The architect of this fundamental transformation is the former Congressman and current Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison. I am amused by those picking on Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. His white face and inferior intellect are not the real problems. “Gov. Walz's BILLION-Dollar Fraud Scandal” is one of the headlines. Walz is a dunce, a knucklehead, as he called himself during the campaign of 2024. The brain behind the state government is Keith Ellison, the black Muslim former Congressman who has been serving as the 30th attorney general of Minnesota. Ellison won the race for Attorney General, after allegations of abuse from an ex-girlfriend, in 2018. As a member of Congress, Ellison had served as co-chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus and ran for the position of chair of the Democratic National Committee. Ellison not only had links to the Black Muslims of Louis Farrakhan, who believe in UFOs and black separatism, but one photograph shows him distributing the Final Call newspaper of Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam. He wrote under the name “Keith E. Hakim” during his final years of law school at the University of Minnesota. I wrote about his congressional district being “fertile recruitment ground” for Al Shabaab terrorists in Somalia as far back as 2010. A Senate hearing, “Violent Islamist Extremism: al-Shabaab Recruitment in America,” was held on March 11, 2009. It looks like there was very little follow-up. But as Attorney General, Ellison prosecuted police officers for murder in the case of career criminal George Floyd, who died with drugs in his system (marijuana, fentanyl, and methamphetamine) while out of control and resisting arrest. The anti-police hysteria and riots which followed resulted in $500 million worth of damage to Minneapolis. Look at this list of endorsements in his race: all white, except for Rep. Ilhan Omar. the first Muslim women elected to Congress, who wears a hijab. In addition to being the first Muslim member of Congress and an associate of Louis Farrakhan, Keith Ellison was an official of the National Lawyers Guild (NLG), cited as a Communist Party front organization by the House Committee on Un-American Activities. It remains the U.S. affiliate of the International Association of Democratic Lawyers, the old Soviet front. I wrote in the past about how, in his NLG capacity, Ellison had been a vocal supporter -- and attended a fundraiser for -- Sara Jane Olson, a member of the Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA), an off-shoot of the Weather Underground that is probably best known for kidnapping Patricia Hearst. I highly recommend Trevor Loudon’s paper, “The ‘Red’ Paved the Way for the ‘Green’: Minnesota Case Study Uncovers Hard-Left Roots of Islamic Surge.” Trevor profiled Ellison in his “The Enemies Within” documentary. Ellison became the Marxist/Muslim Attorney General of an entire state, Minnesota, long before Marxist/Muslim Zohran Mamdani was elected as mayor of New York City. But few people were paying attention and the media, including Fox News, then regarded any serious scrutiny of Muslim beliefs as Islamophobia. Years ago, when she was a Fox host, Judge Jeanine Pirro asked a question which got her admonished by the channel. She said, “[Rep.] Omar wears a hijab, which, according to the Koran 33:59, tells women to cover so they won’t get molested. Is her adherence to this Islamic doctrine indicative of her adherence to sharia law, which in itself is antithetical to the United States Constitution?” “We strongly condemn Jeanine Pirro’s comments about Rep. Ilhan Omar,” the Fox network said. “They do not reflect those of the network and we have addressed the matter with her directly.” CNN reported that a Fox News staffer, Hufsa Kamal, a producer on Fox’s Special Report with Bret Baier, “pushed back on Pirro’s statements” and tweeted: “@Judge Jeanine can you stop spreading this false narrative that somehow Muslims hate America or women who wear a hijab aren’t American enough? You have Muslims working at the same network you do, including myself.” Pirro is now the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, while Hufsa Kamal is still a Fox producer. Do some Muslim women perceive the hijab to be obligatory to their faith? Yes, of course. Indeed, some experts say that the wearing of head coverings for women is “obligatory” in most of the Muslim world under Sharia. As such, the question is appropriate: do these Muslims put Sharia law above the Constitution? Until Fox tackles this question and others like it, in the context of how this scandal in Minnesota developed, don’t take the channel’s coverage of the scandal seriously. It is also a documented fact that Communist Party gubernatorial candidate in Minnesota, Erwin Marquit, backed Ellison from the start. He bragged about holding “house parties” for Ellison (Page 575 of his own book). The Washington Examiner called him “The Communist Who Launched Keith Ellison’s Career.” The Twin Cities (Minnesota) branch of the Communist Party USA helped sponsor the local “No Kings” rally. Then-Rep. Ellison even penned an article in the Ccommunist Party USA's People's World published on August 29, 2014 discussing the rise of “people's movements”" in the United States. Interestingly, on the national level, Barack Hussein Obama and Ellison were brothers in both ideology and approach. The combination of Muslim ideology and Marxism is something that courses through the veins of Obama and Ellison. So why did Obama oppose Ellison’s bid for chairman of the DNC? I believe the answer is that Obama didn’t want Ellison in that public position. Instead, Obama and his comrades had their eyes set on Minnesota and the role of Ellison and the communists there. This is the real scandal. Ellison and not Walz is the key to unraveling the Somali immigrant scandal and its link to the terrorist group Al Shabaab. Walz is the front man, the dupe or dope. By the way, Obama’s debt to the Nation of Islam’s Louis Farrakhan was yet another scandal that was concealed. We now know that this relationship was covered-up for 13 years, only to surface publicly in 2018 when a photograph of Obama and Farrakhan together was published. It came out that Farrakhan’s organization was involved in Obama’s campaign for the state Senate in Illinois before he ran for president. Askia Muhammad, former head of the Washington office of the Nation of Islam’s official newspaper, The Final Call, said that a “staff member” for the Congressional Black Caucus contacted him “sort of in a panic” after he took the photo at a meeting in 2005. This led to the cover-up. As we document in our book, Permanent Revolution: The Secret Life and Legacy of Barack Hussein Obama, Farrakhan is a black separatist and his Nation of Islam believes white people were created by a mad scientist named Yakub and constitute an inferior race of people. The movement has its own interpretation of Islam and was founded by Elijah Muhammad, who wrote, The Fall of America, in which he talked about the “Mother Plane” or “wheel” -- a flying saucer -- being a message from God. Importantly, Farrakhan was a friend of anti-American regimes in Iran and Cuba. Farrakhan made a highly-publicized November 2018 visit to Iran and said he never “led a chant that called for the death of America or Israel” but “asked a question about how to pronounce the chant in Farsi…” A fan of Paul Robeson, the secret Communist Party member, Farrakhan had praised Winnie Mandela, dubbed the “Mother” of the “Rainbow Nation” of South Africa. Winnie Mandela had stated, “[w] ith our boxes of matches and necklaces, we will liberate this country,” referring to the gruesome practice of “necklacing,” or throwing a burning tire filled with gasoline around the neck of a perceived enemy. No wonder persecuted white South Africans are fleeing South Africa today. As coverage of the scandal in Minnesota proceeds, remember that when Pirro questioned Omar wearing a hijab, Louis Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam paper came to Omar’s defense. Omar thanked Fox News for defending her. Robert Spencer, the director of Jihad Watch, wrote at the time, “The 'fair and balanced' network is now as unfair and unbalanced as the rest of them… what Pirro actually said was something Fox should have been applauding, if it hadn’t already become just another establishment network… Fox should be apologizing to Pirro, not Omar.” So don’t be fooled by the Fox channel’s never-ending coverage of the $1 billion Minnesota COVID fraud scandal and the Muslim involvement in funneling millions of taxpayer dollars to Somali terror group Al Shabaab. Fox host Bill Hemmer asks, “Will it [the scandal] go higher?” The place to look is the office of Keith Ellison. He is the key to unraveling the greater scandal – how the Red-Green alliance took control of Minnesota. Rep. James Comer has fired off letters to Walz AND Ellison about the scandal and where the money was going. Minnesota Republicans cite “an audio recording surfaced of Attorney General Keith Ellison meeting with individuals who would later be charged” in the scandal, “offering his support and talking about campaign contributions.” Even so, the real scandal is how a Marxist/Muslin Farrakhan disciple by the name of Keith Ellison won his position as Attorney General for Minnesota and who was behind it. Fox (and Comer) should consult those who saw this coming, such as Trevor Loudon’s explosive report on Ellison’s role in the Red-Green takeover of Minnesota and how it has now happened in New York City. In addition, the nature of Ellison’s relationship with the SLA is worth a hearing. This is a much bigger scandal than missing money.
