Good order and discipline?

Brig. Gen. Kristin Goodwin has been fired as the commandant of the U.S. Air Force Academy’s 4,000 cadets. Stars and Stripes notes: she was the first openly gay Air Force general to serve in leadership at the academy.  At the time of her appointment, a USAF spokesperson had praised her for "outstanding service and leadership credentials."

​The charges against her include failing to maintain a healthy command climate and breaking travel regulations. Her attorney says she had suffered "bigotry, bias and discrmination" as a married gay officer.

Chaplain Gordon James Klingenschmitt, PhD., reports, "Over 900 gender-confused members still serve openly in the military, causing great disruption to the mission and demanding specialized medical favors at cost to taxpayers. If Christians object to showering or sleeping with opposite-genders, the Christians face phony charges of discriminating. We need a blanket ban."

Meanwhile, a group of Naval Academy midshipmen has requested a space for a "study group" to discuss their satanic beliefs. A West Point cadet, Spenser Rapone, was discovered to have communist sympathies when he was photographed wearing a Che Guevara t-shirt under his uniform and the phrase “communism will win” under his cap. 

Another military member, Paige Kreisman, a transgender member of the Communist Party USA and Democratic Socialists of America, also served in Obama’s military. “The Obama administration had lifted the ban on trans service in the military, so I was able to come out and transition on active duty,” she said. But she says she was forced out by the Trump administration's ban on transgender service members.
