The Phony "Right-Wing" Supreme Court

Dear Friend of America's Survival,

Tom Brejcha, President & Chief Counsel of the Thomas Moore Society, notes that the Supreme Court "declined to hear our appeal of the unjust 'gag order' injunction that, at least until the trial, prohibits [pro-life citizen journalist] David Daleiden from releasing more of his videos exposing the abortion giant's evil! " He said that David "spent 30 months leading an undercover investigation that captured video evidence of Planned Parenthood conspiring to illegally harvest and sell aborted baby body parts.  David is charged with 15 felony charges by the state of California for exposing Planned Parenthood’s horrific and illegal money-making scheme. "

In other word, the Supreme Court is NOT "right-wing." It is still in the hands of the left.  Justice Brett Kavanaugh replaced his mentor, the social revolutionary judge Anthony Kennedy. 

Here's how Reuters reported it: "The justices declined to take up appeals by the abortion opponents and left in place a lower court’s ruling blocking the release of videos that had the aim of exposing alleged illegal sales of aborted fetal tissue for profit. ​"
