Dear Friend of America's Survival,
For the second night in a row, Friday night, December 13, Tucker Carlson has been missing from his show. Strangely, tonight, guest host Brian Kilmeade simply said Tucker would be back "soon." But no mention of him being on vacation or on assignment. What's going on? For many Americans, Tucker is the only reason to watch Fox News. Speculation mounts that Fox News management is trying to control or tone down his hard-hitting editorial commentary, and that he is taking off in protest. Socialist Rep. AOC has been attacking Carlson, calling him a "white supremacist sympathizer." This is because Tucker dares to cover the point of view of Americans who want to preserve traditional American values and our nation's heritage. Meanwhile, expensive litigation continues over the alleged activities of other hosts. From the lawsuit filed by Fox Nation personality Britt McHenry against Fox News and George Murdoch, also known as Tyrus: Since its inception and continuing to today, Fox News has had a sexual harassment problem. Roger Ailes, arguably the most powerful man in American media during his 1996-2016 run as CEO of Fox News, set workplace precedent and spawned a hostile environment of rampant sexual harassment, sexual assault, overt misogyny, and retaliation among Fox News’ organizations. Mr. Ailes normalized the practice of senior male executives and anchors preying on subordinate female employees. Fox News and Fox News host George Murdoch's attorney, Tom Clare, denied the allegations. No such charges have ever been lodged against Tucker Carlson, a married father of four children. His interview with Chronicles magazine is an insight into his understanding of the effect of immigration on America. The magazine notes: If we are living through an “America First” moment following Donald Trump’s election as President, Carlson has emerged as one of its leading media voices. He has taken over Bill O’Reilly’s time slot on the country’s top cable news network and, according to Nielsen, held on to his predecessor’s ratings while offering a much smarter and more principled conservative populism. This is true. O'Reilly now appears on the little-watched Newsmax channel and appears in ads about getting rich quick. For America's Survival, Cliff Kincaid

Dear Friend of America's Survival,
Phyllis Schlafly supported Donald J. Trump for president but she would NOT support his daughter's paid parental leave campaign. Phyllis Schlafly's daughter, Anne Schlafly Cori, Chairman of Eagle Forum, wrote an article under the headline, "Baby-Sitting Is Not a Job of Government." She writes: The concept of taxpayer-paid family leave for newborn children is a misplaced understanding of who is responsible for the care of children. Children want and need their parents, not a nanny state, to look after them. Government welfare programs encourage the disintegration of the family because mothers look to government-money rather than father-money for the support of their children. Throwing more money at babies will not stabilize families. Paid family leave can undermine the family unit by diminishing the role of the provider in the home. She adds: "Unfortunately, some of our friends in Congress have signed on to a taxpayer-paid family leave for six weeks that is promoted by the Trump Administration in the mistaken notion that Americans actually want the federal government to baby-sit their children." For America's Survival, Cliff Kincaid Dear Friend of America's Survival,
The USMCA, or U.S.-Mexico-CanadaTrade Agreement, is a big capitulation to BIG LABOR, the base of the Democratic Party, and is based on a report calling for a global Parliamentary Group to supervise the global economy. The description of a key section is titled, "Key Achievement: Labor Rights Recognized by the International Labor Organization," which means hat it effectively gives Big Labor and their global allies the power to demand compliance with United Nations labor standards. It says: The Labor chapter requires the Parties to adopt and maintain in law and practice labor rights as recognized by the International Labor Organization, to effectively enforce their labor laws, and not to waive or derogate from their labor laws. Senator Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania says, under negotiations with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Big Labor, the USMCA "clearly moved way to the left..." The International Labor Organization (ILO) is a United Nations agency. The agreement states: "The Parties affirm their obligations as members of the ILO, including those stated in the ILO Declaration on Rights at Work and the ILO Declaration on Social Justice for a Fair Globalization (2008)." The latter is described as "a powerful reaffirmation of ILO values. It is the outcome of tripartite consultations that started in the wake of the [2004] Report of the World Commission on the Social Dimension of Globalization." The synopsis of this report states: "Sustainable development. The quest for a fair globalization must be underpinned by the interdependent and mutually reinforcing pillars of economic development, social development and environmental protection at the local, national, regional and global levels." Sustainable development is government control of the economy -- socialism. It adds: "An effective United Nations. A stronger and more efficient multilateral system is the key instrument to create a democratic, legitimate and coherent framework for globalization." The report goes on: "The implementation of reforms in international economic and social policy will require worldwide political support, the commitment of key global actors, and the strengthening of global institutions. The UN multilateral system constitutes the core of global governance and is uniquely equipped to spearhead the process of reform." Another section declares: "Parliamentary oversight of the multilateral system at the global level should be progressively expanded. We propose the creation of a Parliamentary Group concerned with the coherence and consistency between global economic, social and environmental policies, which should develop an integrated oversight of major international organizations." This is nothing less than a World Government. For America's Survival, Cliff Kincaid Dear Friend of America's Survival,
Clint Eastwood's new movie “Richard Jewell” exposes FBI and media misconduct. From the AIM Report 2002: Richard Jewell, a security guard, had discovered the pipe bomb minutes before it exploded and cleared people from the area, avoiding more injuries. But he then found himself under suspicion and falsely accused in the media of being the perpetrator. The FBI orchestrated the campaign against him. Jewell was never charged with a crime, but for nearly three months he was unable to leave his home without being followed by police, FBI agents and camera crews. After being cleared, Jewell filed suit, receiving a reported $2 million from media organizations, including $500,000 from NBC as compensation for the damage to his reputation and an undisclosed settlement from CNN. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution refused to settle. Eventually, Eric Rudolph pleaded guilty to the Olympic Park bombing. For America's Survival, Cliff Kincaid Dear Friend of America's Survival,
The USMCA, or US-Mexico-Canada Agreement, still contains a provision that can be interpreted as approving the use of "gender identity" for special rights in the workplace. That provision, Article 23.9: Discrimination in the Workplace, says, "The Parties recognize the goal of eliminating discrimination in employment and occupation, and support the goal of promoting equality of women in the workplace. Accordingly, each Party shall implement policies that it considers appropriate to protect workers against employment discrimination on the basis of sex (including with regard to sexual harassment), pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, and caregiving responsibilities; provide job protected leave for birth or adoption of a child and care of family members; and protect against wage discrimination." A footnote to this provison claims: The United States’ existing federal agency policies regarding the hiring of federal workers are sufficient to fulfill the obligations set forth in this Article. The Article thus requires no additional action on the part of the United States, including any amendments to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, in order for the United States to be in compliance with the obligations set forth in this Article. For America's Survival, Cliff Kincaid Dear Friend of America's Survival,
It looks like we need a Muslim ban on travel to America by Saudis eager to kill Americans. President Trump speaks in broad-brush terms about global Islam being America's enemy. Yet, he has a cozy relationship with Saudi Arabia. Incredibly, Saudi Crown Prince Muhammed bin Nayef was presented with the George Tenet medal by then-CIA director Mike Pompeo in 2017. Rather than fire anybody over the 9/11 massive intelligence failure, President Bush gave George Tenet, CIA director at the time of 9/11, a presidential Medal of Freedom. Insane! Absolutely crazy. And the CIA named an award after him! Bizarre. Today, Tenet is on the board of In-Q-Tel, the CIA-backed "strategic investor that accelerates the development and delivery of cutting-edge technologies to national security agencies." The company claims: "From the dot-com boom to the age of AI, IQT has been scouting revolutionary tech tools to help the intelligence and defense communities keep our nation safe." How about keeping Jihadists away from U.S. military bases on American soil. Consider this: the taxpayers are being asked to spend $62.8 billion on the FY 2020 National Intelligence Program (NIP), which includes funding requested to support Overseas Contingency Operations, and yet we can't stop a Saudi terror cell from being formed on a Pensacola, Fla., naval base.Three people were killed and eight others injured in the attack on Friday. Naval Air Station Pensacola employs more than 16,000 military and 7,400 civilian personnel. The killer was Mohammed Alshamrani, 21, a second lieutenant in the Royal Saudi Air Force and student naval flight officer at the Naval Aviation Schools Command. He had Tweeted out comments calling the United States a “nation of evil,” criticizing U.S. support for Israel, and quoting Osama bin Laden, the former Qaeda leader. Six other Saudi nationals were detained. Apparently, however, nobody in our $62 billion intelligence community noticed it. USA Today reported that Mohammed Alshamrani "was one of 852 Saudi nationals in the United States training under the Pentagon’s security cooperation agreement with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, according to a Defense official." In total, it said 5,180 foreign students from 153 countries in the United States for military training. The New York Times claims, "The gunman did not have any apparent ties to international terrorist groups, according to a senior American official who was also not authorized to speak publicly." CNN said, "Investigators haven't found links between Pensacola gunman and terror groups, sources say." Nonsense. You don't need $62 BILLION worth of paper pushers and newspaper readers to know that he's from a terrorist-supporting state. Fifteen of the 19 terrorist hijackers involved in the 9/11 attacks came from Saudi Arabia, and the role of the Saudi government and its top officials and citizens in the massacre of nearly 3.000 Americans on that day has been a matter of controversy ever since. 9/11’s so-called 20th hijacker, Zacarias Moussaoui, speaking from behind federal prison walls, had told attorneys suing Saudi Arabia over its role in 9/11 that three major Saudi figures, Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, Prince Bandar bin Sultan and Prince Turki al-Faisal, were on a list of donors to al-Qaeda prior to 9/11. After the 9/11 attacks, the Saudi regime launched a public relations strategy in the U.S. that was analyzed in the academic paper, “Message strategies of Saudi Arabia’s image restoration campaign after 9/11.” The analysis notes that Saudi Prince Alwaleed’s donation of $10 million to a fund for 9/11 victims and their families was part of this campaign. But the donation was rejected by then-Mayor Rudolph Giuliani after Alwaleed blamed the attacks on U.S. foreign policy. In 2002, it was revealed that Alwaleed had contributed $500,000 to the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a Muslim Brotherhood front. Defense Secretary Mark Esper is now calling for vetting procedures for these foreigners training in the U.S. Esper refused to call Pensacola terrorism. What a fool! Too late. It's time for the Saudi role in funding the Global Jihad Movement to be investigated and relations with Saudi Arabia terminated. Put Saudi Arabia on the State Department list of state sponsors of terrorism. Arrest and detain all Saudis on American soil. Act, Mr. President, NOW. This is a major scandal and intelligence failure on YOUR watch. Go back to 9/11, an attack that was foreseeable and preventable. As journalist Peter Lance has documented, there was a spectacular “failure of accountability” for those who could and should have stopped the 9/11 attacks. Lance said the 9/11 commission, officially known as the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, was a whitewash and that commission members had political agendas designed to protect people and agencies from scrutiny. Lance's book, Triple Cross, traces the history of some of the perpetrators of these terrorist acts going back to 1981. His book goes into substantial detail about the TWA 800 and Oklahoma City bombing cases and how government officials covered up the nature of these crimes, too. The Deep State protects itself, not the American people. For America's Survival, Cliff Kincaid Dear Friend of America's Survival,
In my column, "Mayor Pete and Jeffrey Epstein: Spawn of the Sexual Revolution," I note the fact that, "Whatever the origin of AIDS, the sexual revolution has been facilitated by sexual practices being spread by the use of mobile dating apps. [Mayor Pete] Buttigieg says he met his husband on a dating app, a revelation that sounds innocent enough until you discover that another popular app, Grindr, which also appeals to gays, was owned by a Chinese company." My column went on: The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) ordered the sale of Grindr on national security grounds but the transaction doesn’t have be consummated until June 2020. Two Senate Democrats got involved on behalf of the LGBTQ movement, saying 3.6 million people were using Grindr and that their personal information, including HIV status and last HIV testing date, could be compromised. Of course, forcing the Chinese to sell their stake in the company does not eliminate the problem. They can still hack into Grindr and other apps for blackmail material, and probably already have done so. CFIUS is a secretive group that doesn't publicly comment on these matters. There are conflicting reports as to whether the sale of Grindr is going forward. The question stands: What if Chinese Communists got that information and used it for blackmail purposes? There was a time when identified “sex perverts” were exposed and banned from government. The situation changed radically under President Obama, when his Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and FBI Director James Comey were listed as speakers at the “Fifth Annual Intelligence Community Pride Summit” to salute “America’s LGBT Spies.” It was never explained how mentally ill people unsure of their own sexual identities can help safeguard our nation. On the contrary, they are an illustration of our decadence as a nation and inability to understand what national survival is all about. In 2018, under Trump, the CIA co-sponsored the 2018 Trans Equality Awards, featuring Valerie Jarrett of the Obama Administration. The CIA told me: ““CIA is participating in the 2018 Trans Equality Now Awards event to let people in the transgender community know about scholarship, internship, and career opportunities at CIA. CIA regards our country’s diversity as an asset that we can leverage to gain strategic advantage over our adversaries.” This is dangerous nonsense. John Barron, in his book, KGB: The Secret Work of Soviet Secret Agents, said that, “Contrary to popular supposition, the [Soviet] KGB is not primarily interested in homosexuals because of their presumed susceptibility to blackmail.” Instead, he said: In its judgment, homosexuality often is accompanied by personality disorders that make the victim potentially unstable and vulnerable to adroit manipulation. It hunts the particular homosexual who, while more or less a functioning member of his society, is nevertheless subconsciously at war with it and himself. Compulsively driven into tortured relations that never gratify, he cannot escape awareness that he is different. Being different, he easily rationalizes that he is not morally bound by the mores, values, and allegiances that unite others in community and society. Moreover, he nurtures a dormant impulse to strike back at the society which he feels has conspired to make him a secret leper. To such a man, treason offers the weapon of retaliation. For America's Survival, Cliff Kincaid How Clinton and Obama Disarmed and Abandoned Ukraine
By Cliff Kincaid – December 7, 2019 If Ukraine had kept and modernized the nuclear weapons it had inherited from the old Soviet Union, it is entirely possible that Russia would never have invaded in 2014. Those weapons could have been transformed into a deterrent to Russian aggression. But President Bill Clinton signed an agreement to send the weapons to Russia. These facts have been conveniently ignored in the current hysteria over how, why, and when President Trump armed Ukraine against Russia. History shows that Clinton disarmed Ukraine through a flawed international agreement with Russia and then, when Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014, President Barack Hussein Obama failed to send the Ukrainians the arms they needed to defend themselves. It was Trump who rescued Ukraine from the Clinton/Obama policies. Hillary Clinton accuses many people of being Russian agents, but it was her husband President Clinton who engineered the disarmament of Ukraine in the so-called Budapest Memorandum. It was an executive agreement and not a treaty, meaning that Congress had not approved it. It was signed by Ukraine, the Russian Federation, the United States, and Britain on December 5, 1994, and marked Ukraine’s accession to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) as a non-nuclear weapons state. Not surprisingly, our “fake news” media failed to use the recent 25th anniversary of the Budapest Memorandum to educate the American people about how Ukraine was set-up by Deep State actors in the Clinton and Obama Administrations to lose its nuclear weapons and then be invaded and occupied by Russia. In exchange for Ukraine removing its strategic nuclear weapons and sending them to Russia, the Budapest Memorandum confirmed that the United States, Britain and Russia “reaffirm their obligation to refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of Ukraine, and that none of their weapons will ever be used against Ukraine except in self-defense or otherwise in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations…” The document was submitted to the United Nations Security Council, in accordance with globalist thinking, as if the U.N. would have a role of some kind in protecting Ukraine. The last nuclear weapon was removed from Ukraine in June 1996 and transferred to Russia. Finally, under Obama, Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014. It was another Obama foreign policy failure that has to be blamed on President Trump. Playing Politics Despite these foreign policy blunders, in the face of Trump’s actual arming of Ukraine against the Russian threat, the left-wing and well-funded National Security Archive has released a special report, “Nuclear Weapons and Ukraine,” treating the removal of Ukraine’s nuclear weapons as a great example of nuclear disarmament. The group sings the praises of the congressional legislation known as Nunn-Lugar, named for a Democratic Senator, Sam Nunn, and a Republican Senator, Dick Lugar. It was formally called the Cooperative Threat Reduction program. At the time, Ukraine had some 1,900 strategic nuclear weapons, the world’s third-largest nuclear arsenal at the time. In 2012, two years before the Russian invasion of Ukraine, President Obama had declared the Nunn-Lugar legislation a success, saying, “…it was Dick who took me on my first foreign trip as a Senator -- to Russia and Ukraine and Azerbaijan. We were there to see the Cooperative Threat Reduction program [Nunn-Lugar] in action.” During that trip abroad, in a strange development, Russian authorities detained Obama and Lugar, threatened to search their plane, and examined their passports. A frequent traveler to Russia and the old Soviet Union, the late Indiana Senator Dick Lugar was one of the most left-wing Republican U.S. senators on foreign policy issues, having proudly accepted campaign contributions from the pro-world government group, Citizens for Global Solutions (CGS). He was Obama’s mentor on foreign policy and gave the Democrat bipartisan cover for his globalist policies. Speaking at the Nunn-Lugar Cooperative Threat Reduction Symposium being held at the National War College, Obama noted that in the audience, “We’re joined by some of our Russian friends today.” Obama went on, “Let’s work with Russia as an equal partner. Let’s continue the work that’s so important to the security of both our countries. And I’m optimistic that we can.” It sounds like Russian collusion. Obama concluded that speech by saying, “Missile by missile, warhead by warhead, shell by shell, we’re putting a bygone era behind us. Inspired by Sam Nunn and Dick Lugar, we’re moving closer to the future we seek. A future where these weapons never threaten our children again. A future where we know the security and peace of a world without nuclear weapons.” This was complete bunk, of course, but that is the globalist mind-set. It resulted in Ukraine being invaded and occupied, 13,000 deaths in the war so far, and Democrats gearing up for impeachment of Trump over policies that Democratic presidents put in place. Today, former Senator Nunn sits on the board of the organization he co-founded, the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI), working for a “safer world.” His fellow board members and advisers include billionaire Warren E. Buffett, Ted Turner, former California Governor Jerry Brown, Admiral Michael G. Mullen, USN (Ret.), and Igor S. Ivanov, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs for Russia. Funders include the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Canada Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development, the U.S. Russia Foundation, and Bloomberg Philanthropies. The National Security Archive has been funded by George Soros (the Open Society Institute), the Rockefellers, and foundations associated with the New York Times, the Washington Post, and Barbra Streisand. Another Scam The Nunn-Lugar program was supposed to provide financial assistance for the purpose of dismantling or safely storing the weapons in the old Soviet nuclear arsenal. But that’s not how it worked out. Citing various reports from the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the American Foreign Policy Council charged that Nunn-Lugar funds in the billions of dollars had been “used mainly to destroy obsolete weapons that Moscow will replace with high-tech arms currently under development” and that Nunn-Lugar funds “have been diverted to fund some of this development.” It said Nunn-Lugar money had:
In short, Nunn-Lugar funds, which were designed for the "demilitarization of the former Soviet Union," were used to underwrite a Russian defense build-up. Trying to rewrite history to favor Obama and Clinton, the National Security Archive, based at George Washington University, said the countries had “successfully eliminated the world’s third largest nuclear weapons force in the 1990s – the ICBMs, strategic bombers, and nuclear warheads left in Ukraine when the Soviet Union dissolved in December 1991...” The group released “declassified documents” about the negotiations that only served to illustrate the inner workings of the bureaucrats in the Clinton Administration who made a flawed agreement that was violated by Russia and benefited the Kremlin. Not Worth the Paper It’s Printed On In a moment of candor, their report goes on to say that the Budapest Memorandum had “provided security assurances to Ukraine – assurances that Russia subsequently violated…” (emphasis added). This is the key point that makes claims of “success” totally bogus. If Ukraine had kept those nuclear weapons and had used them as a deterrent against Russia, perhaps Russian President Vladimir Putin might have had second thoughts about invading Ukraine in 2014. But Obama -- and many Republicans – had treated the Budapest Memorandum as something that might actually deter Russia. The National Security Archive goes on to say that “the consolidation of the Soviet nuclear legacy in Russia directly served Russia’s security interests.” That’s another way of saying it left Ukraine defenseless and basically became a jobs program for Russian scientists working to modernize Moscow’s nuclear arsenal. This is not something to be celebrated. It should be investigated and those on the U.S. side who negotiated this debacle should be held accountable. But that would expose the failures of those in the Deep State now after Trump’s scalp because he has raised concerns about corruption in the former Soviet republic involving Joe Biden’s son. Bypassing Congress Legally, Clinton did not submit the Budapest Memorandum as a treaty and the document was therefore never ratified by Congress. But as analyst Lyle Denniston notes, while the Obama Administration acted as if the document was in fact legally binding, the Budapest Memorandum “did not include any promises [from the U.S. and Britain] about how they would defend that nation if its territory were actually to be invaded.” Russia must have seen it that way, too. It was an invitation to invade Ukraine after the weapons were transferred to Russia. This is how the Clinton/Obama tag team operation betrayed a country now seen by Democrats as an indispensable ally. While the Obama Administration may have considered the Clinton executive agreement legally binding, the fact is that it did nothing to implement its so-called security guarantees. And the United Nations, of course, was completely worthless in terms of protecting the sovereignty of Ukraine. Academic scholar Mariana Budjeryn notes, “Using new archival records, this examination of Ukraine’s search for security guarantees in the early 1990s reveals that, ironically, the threat of border revisionism by Russia was the single gravest concern of Ukraine’s leadership when surrendering the nuclear arsenal.” In other words, Ukraine sensed that their withdrawal would invite Russian aggression. It would have been better to let the weapons decay in Ukraine than financially underwrite the process of paying Russia to take or dismantle them. Another alternative would have been to use American personnel to help safeguard the material. After all, Ukraine had access to the weapons. But pressure from Washington forced them to capitulate to a deal that benefited Russia. Once again, it was a case of Russian collusion. The leaders of Ukraine saw they were being cornered and a trap was being set. Obama failed to help the nation get out of the trap set by Clinton. But our media insist that it’s Trump’s fault that Ukraine is vulnerable to Russian aggression because he asked the country to investigate corruption that involved Joe Biden’s son. Meanwhile, Trump gave the Ukrainians the weapons Obama denied them. The impeachment of Trump over Ukraine is what the professional magicians call misdirection. *Cliff Kincaid is president of America’s Survival, Inc. www.usasurvival.org Dear Friend of America's Survival,
In a New York Times article about transgender "rights" being under attack by the Trump Administration, a spokesman for the Trump Administration is quoted as saying in defense: "Mr. Trump became the first Republican president to celebrate Pride Month in June. He has backed gay marriage, and started a global campaign to decriminalize homosexuality." It's true. Trump says: “My Administration has launched a global campaign to decriminalize homosexuality and invites all nations to join us in this effort!”' Such a campaign offends many Christian and Muslim nations. In fact, 71 countries make homosexuality illegal. His Tweet recognized LGBTQ Pride Month, "As we celebrate LGBT Pride Month and recognize the outstanding contributions LGBT people have made to our great Nation, let us also stand in solidarity with the many LGBT people who live in dozens of countries worldwide that punish, imprison, or even execute individuals on the basis of their sexual orientation. It's true that the Trump administration has banned transgender service members. That is the only policy in favor of traditional values in the military that the Administration has implemented. And that is why the New York Times is mad! Christians should be upset that the Trump Administration is trying to export homosexual rights to other countries. This is cultural imperialism. Statement by Secretary of Defense Mark T. Esper DEC. 6, 2019 As the Department has stated repeatedly, we were never discussing or considering sending 14,000 additional troops to the Middle East. Reports of this are flat out wrong. DOD will always stand ready to respond to future actions by our adversaries if and when they arise, but the Pentagon is not considering sending 14,000 troops to CENTCOM. This report is false. |
