“Fox News has been disintegrating since Soros-funded groups forced Glenn Beck off the air,” declared ASI President Cliff Kincaid.
Glenn Beck, when he was with Fox News, identified George Soros as having been a Nazi collaborator in his youth. Beck was fired from the channel after Soros and his operatives pressured Fox News CEO Roger Ailes and the channel’s advertisers to dump Beck. The Zev Chafets book, Roger Ailes Off Camera, confirms the role of Media Matters and the ADL, as well as Beck’s criticism of Soros, in his forced departure from Fox News.
America’s Survival, led by veteran journalist Cliff Kincaid, launched a campaign urging Fox News CEO Roger Ailes to bring Glenn Beck back to the network.
Soros is a convicted inside trader with mysterious off-shore sources of cash who is now acquiring influence over the Fox News product. “Fox should stand up to Soros,” Kincaid said back in 2012, “not buckle under to his financial pressure.” He said this trend — together with the reports that Rupert Murdoch, head of the Fox News parent company, News Corporation, is turning the media giant over to his liberal son, James — is worrisome indeed.
Kincaid said Fox had begun drifting to the left with what he said was the hiring of “left-wing feminist commentators” Sally Kohn and Jehmu Greene, who he said used to run Project Vote, an ACORN front group.
However, Beck started his own television channel, TheBlazeTV.
