Dear Friend of America's Survival,
Who do journalists support illegal immigration and the use of illegal drugs? Why and how do they get classified information? Years ago, Reed Irvine and I reported that analyst Michael Lind revealed "that journalists do not oppose illegal immigration because they benefit from it." Lind, a senior fellow at the New America Foundation, said journalists belong to an affluent class in America that employs immigrant maids, nannies and gardeners. Similarly, the question, "Why do journalists support illegal drugs?", is answered by the response, "They use them." Meanwhile, we have learned that a DIA counterterrorism analyst has been arrested for leaking to two journalists, including one with whom he was romantically involved, classifed information about Chinese weapons systems. The Wall Street Journal says, "The journalists aren’t named in the indictment, but they are identifiable as Amanda Macias, a reporter for CNBC, and Courtney Kube, a reporter for NBC." CNBC reports, "Amanda Macias covers national security, defense industry and the intelligence community for CNBC. She joined CNBC’s Washington bureau in 2018 and is based in the Pentagon. Amanda studied Broadcast Journalism and Finance at the University of Missouri." The Journal said Henry Kyle Frese, 30 years old, was the DIA analyst and "had the highest security clearance available, Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information," while working on counterterrorism matters. The Journal said, "Ms. Macias and Mr. Frese were in a romantic relationship, according to the indictment as well as social media posts reviewed by The Wall Street Journal." The paper added, "Ms. Macias and Mr. Frese were in a romantic relationship, according to the indictment as well as social media posts reviewed by The Wall Street Journal. Mr. Frese provided additional information to Ms. Kube, who is more senior than Ms. Macias, to help Ms. Macias’s career, prosecutors alleged." You can read the DOJ release about the case here.
