Living near Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, the location of the pivotal battle in the Civil War, I have been investigating the circumstances surrounding the fact that Jefferson Davis, the president of the Confederacy, did not pay for his crimes.  It was an amazing development after more than 620,000 troops had died. Although Jefferson Davis had been arrested and held in prison after the Civil War and was considered a suspect in the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln, he was given an amnesty and became a free man.

President Trump gave an amnesty to Barack Hussein Obama, his predecessor, and Hillary Clinton, his competitor in 2016. Both escaped justice while Trump is now sitting in a courtroom. Trump and his advisers did not understand the ramifications of our current civil war and how the Democrats are playing to win. In fact, an Obama strategist, Steve Phillips, has written the book, How We Win the Civil War. 

Trump has to face the fact that his amnesty for his political enemies was a big mistake.

House Speaker Mike Johnson is not the problem, The problem is Barack Hussein Obama, the really “Big Guy” who was and is behind the other “Big Guy,” Obama’s former vice-president and now Oval Office occupant Joe Biden.

Let us remember history: In the real Russia-gate scandal, when Democrats utilized Russian disinformation against Trump, the FBI knew not only that Hillary Clinton had used a private unsecured email server, but that she had communicated with Obama over that server. What is more, Obama had used a pseudonym in these communications, to protect his own identity. Who else was he communicating with and why?

To accomplish the destruction of Trump personally, the evidence that is now available shows that it was Obama, not Hillary or Biden, who approved the Russia-gate probe of Trump. Obama was the real security risk, and still is.

After digesting our book Permanent Revolution: The Secret Life and Legacy of Barack Hussein Obama, KGB defector Konstantin Preobrazensky said, “I agree with everything and support every single word of it.” He understands that America is suffering through its own communist revolution and that Russia and China intend to come out on top, as America is left in ashes.

That book was the third in our series on Obama and explored the increasing importance of the New Age movement, drug legalization, and homosexual and transgender ideology. Obama knows what he is doing. Biden does not. 

In every court case involving Trump, the prosecutors have links to Obama. For example, Special Counsel Jack Smith was a Justice Department official under Obama and communicated with the Obama IRS to target conservative tea party groups for increasing auditing and criminal prosecutions. Smith also worked for the United Nations.

Looking back, as Trump’s advisers must do if they are to understand the criminal conspiracy against the former president, they must begin with the revelation by communist writer Frank Chapman that Obama was a “mole” who surfaced at the right time so he could “transform” a nation. It was a carefully contrived plan.

Globally, the tide also turned in favor of America’s enemies. It was under Obama that Russia staged its first invasion of Ukraine. After he left office, Obama traveled to Communist China for a secret meeting with the Chinese communist dictator. The Chinese media hailed them as “veteran cadres,” a reference to their service to the communist cause.

That meeting led to the release of the China virus, the “election” of Joe Biden, and the second Russian invasion of Ukraine.

While Trump sits in a courtroom, a presidential library and center are being built in Obama’s honor in Chicago, financed by billionaires. His vice president Joe Biden stole classified documents but was not prosecuted because he is too old and forgetful.

Looking back, Trump must be thinking that he could have avoided the indictments he is facing in 2024 if he had just held Obama and Biden accountable through the criminal justice system that has now been used against him. But he failed to do so. His picks for Attorney General were disasters and he gave us FBI director Christopher Wray. His advisers had no knowledge of what Obama represented and what he was really doing in the American political system.

Trump did give the nation prosperity, at least until China unleashed the China virus on America and the world. And he kept the nation at peace globally, through his unorthodox foreign policy dealings with such characters as Russan dictator Vladimir Putin, He also pursued peace in the Middle East, a process upended by Joe Biden’s courtship of the terrorist regime in Iran and now characterized by blackmail against the Jewish state of Israel over withholding weapons from the United States if it obliterates the terrorist group Hamas.      

The China virus was obviously designed as revenge for Trump’s tariffs against China over its unfair trade practices. It also served as the excuse for Democrats to facilitate illegal mail-in voter schemes.

Going forward, Trump must hope that the American people see through his political persecution and that he gets another chance to seek justice against America’s enemies at home and abroad. In that context, America’s Survival, Inc. believes a criminal trial of Barack Hussein Obama is warranted.

Indeed, it is time for the House to open a full-scale investigation into how Barack Hussein Obama came to power and prepare a criminal referral against Obama. It is never too late to put the facts on the record, especially since Obama is widely perceived to be calling the shots in the “JoeBama” Administration.

Such an investigation, even a trial of Obama, should see the entering into evidence of the FBI file on Obama’s mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, a member of the Communist Party and suspected Russian espionage agent. Revelations about Obama’s important role in facilitating the Russia-gate probe of his successor would also be a major topic.   

When then-Senator Barack Hussein Obama was running for the presidency, the FBI raised no concerns about his relationship with Davis, who was not only a communist but a pornographer who wrote a semi-biographical novel about having sex with a 13-year-old girl. He mentored Obama for as many as nine years of his young life in Hawaii.

Obama had referred to Davis in his memoir as merely “Frank,” a poet filled with knowledge and advice. This was a major cover-up that was aided and abetted by the fake news media.

His real identity as that of Frank Marshall Davis was disclosed by a writer for a Communist Party publication, who said it would prove to be historically significant, and it was then publicized by anti-communist writer and analyst Trevor Loudon. I confirmed the identity of “Frank” with a source in Hawaii and then obtained and posted the Davis FBI file.

I have attempted to put the pieces of the puzzle together in books such as Comrade Obama Unmasked and Red Star Rising. They tell the story of how Obama came to power and was protected in office by Deep State operatives in the U.S. intelligence community who were then enlisted in a campaign against President Trump.

Obama’s Russian maneuver, which depended on the cooperation of the “fake news” media, was a classic case of someone yelling “thief” when caught in thievery. Operatives like Obama CIA director John Brennan were used to tar and feather Trump with the same accusations that could tarnish the Obama presidency. 

Brennan was a typical Obama appointee.He voted communist when attending college and rose through the ranks of the CIA, serving as Station Chief in Saudi Arabia and reportedly converting to Islam, before becoming director.

This mixture of Marxism and Islam came to characterize the Obama presidency. There was nothing Christian about him.

It was unprecedented in American history and most conservatives to this day have still not come to grips with the role of Obama in this communist revolution. It is time for a reckoning. It is time to put Obama on trial.

Putting “America First” is a worthwhile goal. But it cannot be done without purging the Deep State operatives who protected Obama and then investigating the communist-Muslim network that spawned the Obama presidency.

You have announced that you are preparing criminal referrals of Biden Family members as a part of an Impeachment Inquiry. You note that criminal referrals are “the best way to hold the Bidens accountable for their crimes,” including but not limited to “his family’s influence peddling scheme” and associated “criminal activity.”

We respectfully request that you prepare a criminal referral against former President Obama for his role in the Russia-gate probe of President Trump.

Special Counsel John Durham and his staff prepared a report demonstrating that the Russians originated the idea that Trump was a Russian agent and provided the “disinformation” in the Steele dossier which drove the FBI investigation of former President Trump and his associates. The scheme was hatched at a White House meeting with Obama, his National Security Advisor Susan Rice, then-Vice President Biden, FBI Director James Comey, and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates.

We learned from the oversight investigations and the hearings that emails between FBI officials revealed that “POTUS [Obama] wants to know everything we’re doing” and “the White House is running this.”

Your colleague, Rep. Elise Stefanik, said, “This criminal abuse of power went all the way up to the Oval Office where President Obama and then Vice-President Joe Biden were in on it from the very beginning."

The key word is “criminal” and the evidence justifies a congressional criminal referral setting forth the evidence.

We further request an investigation of Obama and his mentor and father figure Frank Marshall Davis, described by journalist Jack Cashill as “a bisexual Stalinist pornographer with a taste for underage sex partners.” America's Survival obtained the FBI file on Davis, proving he was a Communist Party member and suspected Russan espionage agent. The additional question is whether Davis was Obama’s “real father,” as filmmaker Joel Gilbert maintains, and whether their “playdates” amounted to child abuse.

Such abuse could help explain Obama’s anti-American presidency and promise to mount a “Permanent Revolution,” a Marxist term that describes his agenda of the “fundamental transformation” of America.
