The Trump Administration is demanding that South Korea pay US $5 billion more to cover the cost of US troops in the contry. That's five times what they have been paying.The negotiations are being handled by James P. DeHart, SENIOR ADVISOR FOR SECURITY NEGOTIATIONS AND AGREEMENTS BUREAU OF POLITICAL-MILITARY AFFAIRS. In Japan, Trump is demanding an increase of $4 billion. If they can't or won't pay, let them go nuclear. It would be better for them in the long run. For America's Survival, Cliff Kincaid
